About Croatia

When you begin to think about the place in which you want to spend your vacation, then you will hardly find a more beautiful area in Europe. Here the Adriatic gently approached the highest peaks of the Mediterranean, and thus formed a unique landscape that has become a tourist paradise.

A coast with a large number of islands, beautiful beaches covered by dense pine, white pea gravel on the edge of a crystal-clear sea. Following the motto: "head in the shade, with his belly in the sun with his feet in the water!"

Dalmatia

A harmonious combination of natural beauty and centuries of history is uniquely presented in Dalmatia. Beginning with the ancient world, over time, the old Croatian, Romanesque and the nation building is reflected to this story anywhere along the coast in the picturesque towns of Dalmatia, but also from the towns and in urban centers, which the numerous facilities of the design its own and leave the conversation there. In Dalmatia, you will find soothing silence, but also funny and loud Mediterranean Nights, as one can experience only in the south. In addition, there are countless ways to spend his free time, with tennis, cycling, sailing, diving, rafting, kayaking, free climbing, paragliding and much more.

In almost all resorts in Dalmatia, there are in and / or outdoor pools filled with sea water are the biggest part. Moreover, in most cases also a sauna, gym and massage rooms available. For the little ones there is, of course, a playground and mini golf is usually not far away. Bike rental is almost everywhere, of course, in Dalmatia. Ideal for a sports or active holiday, with children. It is best just to rent a house in Dalmatia, and enjoy the full diversity of the area.

The beaches in Dalmatia are clean and easily accessible, also well equipped with kiosks, beach bars and boat tour, where you can also rent surfboards. For gentle breeze is always taken care of. In every major city, there is also a car rental and motor scooter rental.

The Air temperature in Dalmatia is situated in the summer months is always 27 to 33 degrees and the water is reliably warm around 25 degrees.

If there is something that is common to Dalmatia, then there is the simple and kind-hearted nature of the host, its louder, but frank character, their sincere desire to host the best that they have to offer.

This is a treasure that you take when you leave can not be this treasure but before returning to comfort your soul.

Istria

The advertising slogan: "Croatia - a small country for a great holiday" applies to a very large extent on the country part of Istria. Here again, Porec, Rovinj, Umag, Pula and Rabac are among the most popular resorts. Other places in Istria is coming quickly. The extent of the tourist offer we may be surprised and delighted. This applies to virtually all of Istria!

In Porec, Umag, Rovinj, Pula and Rabac are certainly the most and the best lodging options of all kinds, from simple, family-friendly, cheap hotels to luxury hotels, despite all the comforts are still relatively inexpensive. Other recreational centers have well-tightened ".

Highly recommended are the many resorts in Savudrija, Umag, Rovinj, Pula and elsewhere in Istria.

The numerous well-equipped apartments and villas in Istria, and beautifully situated and very tidy campsites (for nudists) round out the offerings.

Food is sometimes cheaper than in Germany or similar in price. The prices in the hotels, resorts and private homes are also regarded as favorable. In the restaurants you can eat and drink normally very favorable. The beaches are mainly free, first, second, clean, well maintained spacious, even and especially for families with children, highly recommended! Clean sea, little algae and virtually no "monsters" such as Sea urchin or jellyfish.

Culturally and in Istria "especially valuable" are Porec, Rovinj, Pula and the ancient town of Labin (located at Rabac!) That should be forgotten under any circumstances visit. Outside the town of Porec is a charming and accessible cave only a few years of astonishing size and high cultural value. Even connoisseurs will find the perfect restaurant for them. So my holiday recommendation: ISTRIA!

The following text is not mentioned in the above places in Istria are also worth a visit: Pula, Barbariga, Fazana, Funtana, Medulin, Medulin, Novigrad, Peroj, Premantura, Rabac, Vrsar.

Kvarner

Holiday in Kvarner

Kvarner Region, also called Kvarner, has much to offer scenically and culturally. In the north, the mountainous region, "Gorski Kotar towers" with peaks over 1,500 meters above it and to the south of the Velebit mountain range with peaks over 1,700 m. The deep blue sea and the mountains in the background provide a stunning backdrop, which affects the entire region. The Kvarner Gulf is a very popular area for sailing and offers many inviting beaches and secluded coves.

The Kvarner Bay stretches from Opatija, the "Pearl of the Kvarner" over Rijeka, Crikvenica, Vovi Vinodolski Senj and to the south. Tourism has a long tradition here and the people are known for their cheerful nature. Therefore, here is also the birthplace of Carnival in Croatia.

Great attraction are the islands of the Kvarner Bay, especially the largest Croatian island of Krk, which is connected by bridge to the mainland. Further west, stretches of Cres, the second largest island in the region, which is connected to the south with the smaller island of Losinj by a bridge. The island of Rab is waiting for one of the most beautiful port cities throughout the region. Further south along the elongated island of Pag, which also has a bridge connecting the mainland.
The Kvarner region is attractive not only as a destination for bathers and sailors. The extensive ski area in Gorski Kotar mountains northeast of Rijeka is the only one in Europe where you can ski at the same time and look over the sea. In addition, the National Risnjak, Velebit and the Plitvice lakes attract nature lovers and recreation enthusiasts alike. The Kvarner Bay is a beautiful destination for your next vacation.

The following text is not mentioned in the above places in Istria are also worth a visit: Dramalj, Jablanac, Jadranovo, Klenovica, Kraljevica, Krasno, Lovran, Prizna, Selce, Stinica and Sveti Juraj.
